3DPRO

At D2E International we utilise a 3Dpro™ method during our projects, which refers to our 3-dimensional procurement approach to tendering. 3DPro™ is a systematic, objective and innovative approach to tender analysis which determines the most effective solution.

In this system the stakeholders determine the key features of the vertical transportation system via early consultation in the process; the features are then developed into key criteria forming a specification matrix; and finally the criteria are evaluated by adding supplier inputs, points and weights to arrive at a solution.

We find that this 3-dimensional cooperation between stakeholders, developers and suppliers facilitates the working process, allowing an efficient, objective and transparent path to the solution.
