1
  Design Phase
Our objective is to fully understand the customer brief. We then ensure the correct and cost effective elevator system is designed for the particular building.

Our blueprint is established by completing in-depth traffic permutations to achieve traffic optimisation; this sets the engineering and technical requirements for the elevator and/or escalator system to be installed. All building interfaces are also defined at this early stage. The design brief incorporates all the architectural inputs and interior design elements ensuring the elevator aesthetics complement the building and customer specifications. At every stage of the design process we involve all stakeholders to achieve the correct design and transportation result.
2
  Suppliers Evaluation
The objective of this phase is to identify the most suitable companies to be considered for the execution of the project.

It is important to evaluate each project separately as supplier capabilities vary, from product, resource availability and cost depending on their business cycle. With dynamic movement in material costs and suppliers' prices it is important to establish accurate budgets for the cost manager. By involving suppliers at an early stage cost savings can be investigated without compromising quality and performance. D2E establish clear performance quality metrics so that suppliers understand specific customer requirements.
3
  Procurement Process
Our task is to identify the right supplier with the best value solution for you.

D2E provide a detailed design package for suppliers response, submissions are evaluated using a transparent method of tender evaluation. D2E's award recommendation focuses on the "supplier added value" for the project in line with the client's strategy for the particular building.
4
  Project Execution
To complete the project on time within the costs with the right quality and no EHS issues.

Using on-line methods for progress reports and project reviews enables meetings to be kept to a minimum. The finalised project is then functionally tested by our experienced engineering staff ensuring all clients needs have been met. We appraise the completed elevator/escalator installation at the end of the warranty period to ensure customer satisfaction.
5
  Asset Management
The purpose of our asset management service is to ensure the original equipment's investment provides the expected value for the life cycle purchased.

Our process includes evaluation of service costs versus value provided and perceived. We investigate and assess the existing equipments lifetime expectancy and establish if the maintenance strategy is correct for actual usage levels. We compare any adverse impact on building revenues.
6
  Modernisation
The purpose of modernisation, is to update either the performance, or address safety recommendations made by code and governing bodies or simply to refurbish the architectural aspects of an existing elevator/escalator. More often, modernisation is a cost effective way of achieving an upgrade of the elevator system without the need for complete replacement.

D2E are very experienced in the modernisation business and have experts with considerable knowledge that can advise clients whether the best course of action is modernisation or complete replacement. We use the same process for modernisation or complete renewal that we use for new lifts. Involvement of all stakeholders and their requirements are input to the design brief for supplierÕs response.
