D2E begins management of key portfolio

D2E International are pleased to announce the addition of the Land Securities London lift portfolio to their already extensive list of managed properties.
Whilst the D2E International and Land Securities relationship spans several years, the agreement for D2E to formally manage Land Securities' lift portfolio maintenance is only formalised from 1st April - although there has been extensive practice over the past few months ensuring the transition is smooth!
D2E's portfolio management expertise enables us to greatly enhance a portfolio by managing a variety of facets including: design of maintenance contract, selection of a suitable contractor, and daily supervision of vertical transportation performance and reliability.
