Having worked with lifts for over 45 years, and with experience ranging from installation, service and modernisation through to testing and trouble shooting, Alan has an extensive background in vertical transportation.

As one of the leading engineers in the industry, he has also spent time as a field service manager, which has given him valuable managerial and customer service experience.

At D2E, Alan is primarily involved in conducting surveys and lift handovers whilst offering his invaluable advice on all things lift-related.
