Carey Oakes

Carey began her career in the lift industry over 20 years ago as a technical apprentice with Otis. Whilst at Otis, Carey worked in Liverpool on several high profile units within Albert Docks, Tate Gallery and the Royal Liver Building.

After leaving Otis is 2000, Carey joined Schlinder as a Lead Engineer before quickly progressing to Service Management in 2005. After 2 years, Carey joined Orona as a Service Account Management before advancing into Business Development.

Carey has a considerable range of qualifications including NVQ 4, and her HNC Certificate which have proved invaluable to D2E International since joining 2011. She is also currently studying towards an MSc Lift Engineering degree at Northampton University. At D2E Carey, manages projects and maintenance for significant clients based in Scotland and the North of England.
