Founder and Managing Director of D2E International, and is located in the UK head office.

Bill studied in London before joining Barclays Bank and subsequently American Express. Bill then changed career path and joined Otis Elevator where he rose through the ranks in the UK, from field activities to engineering, commercial and strategic management.

He was promoted to Otis WHQ based in USA, where he was responsible for worldwide modernisation and was then promoted to Vice President of product management responsible for all lift and escalator products. Ultimately he was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing in the escalator division.

His educational background includes management programs in IMD Switzerland, Darden University Virginia, USA and Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh. He was chairman of the Otis University. He was director of the Executive Association of Great Britain and currently holds directorship of Tranzip Europe Ltd and Brace Oakley & Partners.
