Paul began working as an apprentice in the lift industry over 20 years ago, taking on various roles both in new installations and in the field of modernization and servicing.

He spent 18 years working for Otis, where he held senior management positions leading Field Operations and Commercial Management teams.

Paul’s knowledge and experience have allowed him to add a great deal to D2E International’s customer service, in particular for sites in Scotland and Northern England.
