Project Management

D2E International is dedicated to providing a successful project management programme so that any work is completed on time, within budget and with necessary attention to quality. This commitment covers all environmental, health and safety issues that may arise.

Using electronic medium for progress reports and project reviews enables meetings to be kept to a minimum. The finalised project, whether it be a new installation or modernisation/upgrade, is then functionally tested by our experienced engineering staff ensuring all clients' needs have been met to enable a snag-free handover. In addition to this, we appraise the completed installation at the end of the warranty period to ensure customer satisfaction.
