At D2E International we use the key RIBA design stages to develop the outline and detailed design of facade access strategies enabling us to create suitable performance specifications for each building and client. Working with the buildings’ architects, we can create effective access strategies and provide drawings and loading information to enable the design teams to finalise their designs. We are able to propose solutions which minimise the additional structure required, thus reducing costs not allowed for in the building budgets. Our industry experience and contacts also enable us to keep abreast of industry standards and benchmarks so that we can provide clients with up-to-the-minute proposals and strategies.
